You'll be able to download v7.0.0.2 at our Customer Download Area, copying the shortcut for downloading current version and changing the file name from TeeChart7Activex.exe to TeeChart7002Activex.exe.

Installing a licensed version of 7.0.0.2 of the software stopped the error. I don't know what happened between the versions, but the error no longer occurs.

Thanks for all the help. I have one more question. Will version 7.0.0.2 of the control always be available. I foresee possbily using the control again in the future for other clients. Would they be able to buy version 7.0.0.2 or would that eventually go away as more releases come out.

Version v7.0.0.2 will be always available for you. However we are very interested on reproducing this problem to fix it for future releases. That's great that I can get 7.0.0.2 I would also love to find out what the issue is. Unfortunately I don't think I can post anything here because I've used the control to do an add on to an application called Saleslogix. So, I'm not using it in VB or .NET or anything, it's actually in the SLX environment, which you guys wouldn't have. However, I would be glad to show you if you would like to set up a remote control or demo. I've got citrix's gotoassist tool if need be.
