Ask support for Tchart7 Hanging Thread Issue

Hi, there,

We met some Tchart7 haning thread issue for months.
And it got more frequently recently.

We'd like to provide the program code and the analysis report from Microsoft in order to find root cause out.

Could you provide a email address to send the material over and may we can discussion for the detail.

We have done some tests here and works fine for us. Could you please download the latest TeeChart Pro v7 ActiveX maintenance release available at the client area and test if it works fine at your end?
