3d Pie Slices problem

Anyone has some information about a
visual problem in the 3D slices on Pie Series?

I'm developing an simple application with
a simple graphic, it means that is easy to reproduce,
and I get the visual problem that we can see on the
image below.

That's the same problem (TV52013467) that was identified here
