WindRose labels

Hi there!
Is there a way to place my own windrose labels(i would like to replace N,W,S,E etc)?
Or at least Display angle value?(example: 5,10,15,20);
I found windrose1.LabelMember but cannnot get it to work.
Same with windrose1.labes

Searched in forum for answer but couldnt find it.
