Problem with installing TeeChart VCL/FMX v2024 RELEASE 2024.42.241021 on Windows XP, Delphi 2007

Hello there,
I've downloaded the latest version of TeeChart (TeeChartVCLFMXStandardSOURCE-2024.42) and tried to install it on the following environment:
Windows XP, Delphi 2007.
The old version of TeeChart (TeeChart 2016.17) was installed on this machine, I've uninstalled it.
During the installation I've selected 'C:\Program Files\Steema Software\Steema TeeChart Standard VCL FMX Source Code 2024.42' directory for the source code installation and entered license information. I've copied each field in the correct box and without blank spaces. After that I've got the error:

Have you tried making a second attempt? The connection to the server sometimes fails on the first try.

Hi there,
Yes, I tried to start the TeeChart installation several times.
Just now I discovered that the ReportBuilder TeeChart package was installed and uninstalled it too.

I started the TeeChart installation and after entering the license information I got the error from the previous message.
Do you have any idea how to overcome this error?
